May 15, 2004 (Day 56)
Grandpa Hoover left this morning after the 7:00am feeding. We have appreciated all of his help and support for the last two weeks and will certainly miss him! Although, Evan and Nolette have won his heart during his trip and we are sure he will be back to visit again soon. Grampy Perry came over to further assist Christopher with the new deck we are adding to the back of the house. During work breaks he enjoyed playing with Evan and Nolette. Grammy Perry also stopped by on her way home from work to help with the 3:00pm feeding. It was nice to have everyone's help in the transition of Grandpa Hoover leaving. Dawn, Jason and Mackenzie (Kirsten’s college roommate and family) came over for dinner and to visit with the twins. Evan and Nolette, unfortunately, were fussy throughout the entire evening – however, we did have a nice visit. We have increased Evan and Nolette's food consumption to 100 ml (a little over 3 oz) per feeding.
